An integral element of WSUP’s approach is to document and disseminate experience gained through project implementation to build models for pro-poor urban water and sanitation service delivery for wider use by the sector. The ACF Program takes a program and project approach to this objective and utilizes the expertise of Building Partnerships for Development (BPD) to research learning themes under the 5 specific objectives through analysis of project outcomes and through a number of thematic workshops.
- The ACF is a multi-country program to test innovative partnerships between communities, civil society organizations, local service providers and government agencies in increasing access to improved water and sanitation services for the urban poor in five countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
